Even too much of the Grind can be a negative.
Take a day and remove yourself from the Grind. Don’t forget your goals, but let your mind and body focus their attention elsewhere. Let go of the pressure of achievement and enjoy the moment of nothingness.
Time away will remind you of your Why, refocus your intentions, and refresh the drive that pushes you each day.
Tomorrow the grind will start again, take full advantage of your off days.
